Has my order been dispatched?

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number of your parcel. 

Is it possible to cancel or modify my order?

Once validated, you cannot modify or cancel your order by yourself. If you have any emergent requests, please contact us via support@gojoiasis.com. We advise you to ensure that the items you have in your shopping cart are in the colors, sizes, and quantities wanted. We also advise you to be careful when indicating your delivery address before validating your order.

What do I do if I receive a faulty item?

We pay great attention to the quality of our products. If, however, despite all of the quality controls carried out, an item appears to be faulty, we ask kindly that you contact the customer services including:
1) Your order number
2) description of the problem
3) Pictures of the faulty item(s)

 

You can email support@gojoiasis.com so that we can assess the fault. If deemed faulty, we will replace the faulty item if stock is available, and provide a credit note or refund. Items damaged as a result of incorrect garment care or general wear, are not considered to be faulty.

Are there any hidden fees or undisclosed payment?

We are sure that there is no hidden fees or undisclosed payment.

How long do I have to return an item?

Item/s must be returned within 30 days of receiving your purchase together with original proof of purchase. Item/s must be returned in original condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed, and with their tags attached. 

How do I post my return?

The return remains at your charge so you are free to choose how you return your parcel. Though we strongly advise you to pick a tracked shipment. Once your return has been approved, you will receive an email with further instructions on how to send your order back to us. Please keep the proof of shipment with the tracking number until you get your refund.

When will I get my refund?

We do our best to refund you as soon as possible. Nevertheless, we have a 14-days period to process your return once it comes back to our warehouse.

Can I exchange an item?

If you want to change an item you received, we invite you to return it for a refund and to place another order for another item.

What is the door height on the 12 x 20 size shelter?

Approximately 7 feet

Will this fit the 10x20 canopy frame from Costco?

Theoretically yes. This side wall kit is for a bone frame not a gazebo (expandablex). However the dimensions are 10x20 and the side wall kit is for a 10x20 you just need ball ties to secure it to the frame at the top and position it so the zipper front is centered on the end you want to enter. It should fit both types of frame as long as they are straight leg frames. Look for the return label in the delivery box and same both just in case.

Can one person scoot the assembled carport a bit?

You could move it one leg at a time slowly. Maybe 6 inches or so each at a time. The carport is large. I screwed mine into 2 X 4’s and then weighted down the wood. However you choose to anchor it make sure it is where you want it for a while.

What is the maximum snow load capacity

The tent with side wall is 50 lb, and the one with no side wall is 30 lb.
